Rick Kennedy

CDT, DDM

Rick joined the practice of Dr. Johann in January of 2002 to provide in-office laboratory services and assist with prosthodontic patient care.

Rick is a military trained Dental Laboratory Technician.  He retired from active duty military service in 2001.  He received his dental training at the Army Academy of Health Sciences, the Air Force 3790th Medical Service Training Wing and the Naval School of Dental Assisting and Technology while serving in the Army (1976-1980), Air Force (1981-1985), and Navy (1985-2001).

Rick is a multi-specialty Certified Dental Technician.  He completed the national board examinations for Complete Dentures in 1985, Partial Dentures in 1986, and Orthodontics in 1989.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mills Grae University with the Doctor of Medical Denturitry Degree in 2000.

Rick is a member of the Colorado Dental Lab Association and Dental Technician Alliance member of the American College of Prosthodontists.

Having grown up in the midwest and being stationed on the east and west coasts, Rick chose Colorado as the best place to live.  He has been married to his high school sweetheart Annette for over 30 years.  They have one son Nathan, currently serving in the Army.

Theresa Petrino

Theresa joined the practice of Dr. Johann in July 2000 she graduated from Pima Institute in 1993. Her nurturing way is comforting to our patients.

Theresa is a native to Colorado.  She and her husband share the love of music and have traveled around the state with their favorite band.  They have one son Michael.  Theresa is an expert seamtress, still doing small projects outside her busy work schedule.  She enjoys crafts of all kinds and has a doll collection including homemade dolls starting from 1957
