Meet Our Staff
Rick Kennedy CDT,DDM
Rick joined the practice of Dr. Johann in January of 2002 to provide in-office laboratory services and assist with prosthodontic patient care.
Rick is a military trained Dental Laboratory Technician. He retired from active duty military service in 2001. He received his dental training at the Army Academy of Health Sciences, the Air Force 3790th Medical Service Training Wing and the Naval School of Dental Assisting and Technology while serving in the Army (1976-1980), Air Force (1981-1985), and Navy (1985-2001).
Rick is a multi-specialty Certified Dental Technician. He completed the national board examinations for Complete Dentures in 1985, Partial Dentures in 1986, and Orthodontics in 1989. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mills Grae University with the Doctor of Medical Denturitry Degree in 2000.
Theresa Petrino, DA
Theresa joined the practice of Dr. Johann in July 2000. She started out as Dr. Johann's dental assistant and transitioned to office manager in 2019. Theresa enjoys providing patient care. Her nurturing way is comforting to our patients and she provides an understanding of dental procedures.
Theresa is a native to Colorado. She and her husband share a love of music. They have one son, Michael. Theresa is an expert seamstress and does small projects outside her busy work schedule. Her doll collection includes homemade dolls starting from 1957.
Lisa joined the practice of Dr. Johann in 2014 to provide in office laboratory services.
Lisa was pick up and delivery staff for a lab in CA and worked her way up to a crown and bridge tech from 1987-1992. She moved from CA in 1993 and worked for Virginia Village Dental Lab in Denver from 1996-2002. She opened and operated her own dental lab in Westminster from 2002-2005 and worked for Kirmeier dental lab in Westminster from 2005-2015.
Lisa has one daughter and a grandson.
Kellie joined Johann Prosthetics in 2019 as the Communications Manager. She has over 5 years of experience in dental practice administration, and over 10 years experience in front office administration. Kellie’s favorite part of her role is building patient relationships and ensuring that each patient receives the best care possible.
Kellie and her husband Ryan moved to Colorado from North Carolina in the summer of 2019 to be closer to family and to experience all the great things that Colorado has to offer. In her spare time, Kellie enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and spending time with Ryan and their 3 dogs.
Liz has been a dental assistant for 11 years. She loves dentistry because it is an opportunity to improve someone's life, and she genuinely enjoys meeting and connecting with each patient and ensuring they feel comfortable.
Growing up on a farm in upstate NY, Liz always dreamed of snowboarding the Rocky Mountains and summiting the high peaks. She moved to Colorado in 2011 and spends all of her free time doing exactly that.
She loves to hear about your outdoor adventures and has many stories to share. As a new addition to Johann Prosthetics in 2020 she is excited to be part of exceptional dentistry and looks forward to meeting you!
